Two weekends ago I bought some Sockotta yarn and cast on but I didn't like the feel or how it was coming out. There was a huge gap where the rounds connected. I decided I wanted to try another yarn. Long story about that one but I decided when I got my first package from Knit Picks to cast on with the lovely Essentials yarn in Tuscany Multi that came in the mail. :) I cast on last night and here is my progress.

I'm in love with the yarn and for a start I think I'm doing ok. I'm nervous to get to the heel but I'm hoping to get some help when I get there. :)
Well off to softball...I'll post a pic when I get further along with my first sock. :)
